PADI Enriched Air/Nitrox Certification

As a PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor, one of the coolest things is staying active and up to speed on a wide variety of dive specialties. Most recently, I have begun teaching the PADI Enriched Air (EANx) Nitrox Specialty Course.  If you don’t dive with Nitrox, consider this. First, although strict depth limits must be observed based on your breathing gas blend, Nitrox can significantly reduce your exposure to nitrogen, leading to longer no-stop bottom times, enhanced margin of safety with regard to decompression sickness and other benefits.

  1. The easiest way to establish a blog is to use a free service like blogger.com or WordPress. Either will walk you through everything you need to do right on their websites. Next easiest is to set up blog software on your web server and host on your own URL. My company, iputty.com, does it all the time. This blog is simply WordPress installed on our server network, using a stock theme. We can to the same for you for about $16/month. joe@iputty.com

  2. Hi there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any tips or suggestions? With thanks
