General Return Policy
- 30-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds after this period.
- Unopened and Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in new condition. Items that show any signs of use or wear are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified under the Used Items policy.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Electronics: All electronics, including dive computers, are final sale.
- Consumables and Cleaning Supplies: No returns or refunds on consumables such as sensors, cleaning supplies, or other similar items.
Used Items Policy
If an item has been used and you wish to request a return, you must submit a returns request within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns on used items are subject to approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
