At JoeScuba LLC, we take pride in offering quality dive gear—new and used—that meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. Each item we sell is carefully selected, thoroughly inspected, and, where appropriate, professionally serviced before it ever goes out the door.

Because of the nature of the equipment we deal with—especially used and life-support gear—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Whether it’s a brand-new item or a fully serviced used regulator, all sales are final. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of the gear, and reflects the time, labor, and servicing costs that go into preparing each item for sale. It also helps us keep prices fair for all of our customers.

We strongly encourage you to reach out before making a purchase if you have any questions about sizing, compatibility, or product condition. We’re happy to provide additional details, photos, or guidance to help ensure you get exactly what you need the first time.
